Neil was delighted to formally join ri in April 2010 after spending 9 months on secondment from IBM where, in previous years, he had held management positions in the multi-lingual contact centre in Greenock and in Procurement Business Transformation Outsourcing with pan-European clients, prior to which there were various positions in Global Procurement Warranty, Service Delivery, Production Control and Sales Account support.
Before joining IBM he taught English in both Scotland and Greece. Being part of such an innovative and dynamic team as Riverside Inverclyde is a challenge he is relishing.
Married, with a daughter working in London, Neil's hobbies include supporting Scotland and Morton, music, walking, and holidays in Greece.
