ri Business Park
Riverside Business Park is fast becoming one of Greenock’s premier business locations. Since accruing 7.3 acre site in 2008 ri have successfully delivered the following projects:
- Installed a new signalised junction – facilitating access of up to 90,000 sqft of development on site;
- Refurbished the Ladyburn Business Centre and created artist studios and a formal gallery space;
- Built 26,000 sqft of Grade A quality, environmentally friendly office accommodation and subsequently fully let the entire building creating and safeguarding almost 250 jobs,
- Built and leased a purpose built children’s nursery which has capacity for upto 64 full time childcare spaces; and
- Converted a former single storey office building into a cafe restaurant which has created the equivalent of four full time staff members.
Plans are currently being advanced for a second phase of speculative office development within the site to capitalise on the success of the first phase Clyde View building. Subject to finding a development partner to help secure funding it is anticipated that a site start could be achieved as early as mid 2012 with the building expected to be completed less than a year later.
